On-Call Recruiter (Talent Ops)

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient On-Call Recruiter to join our Talent Operations team. This critical role is responsible for the rapid sourcing, screening, and mobilization of delivery agents and field crews, ensuring our operational demands are met with speed and quality.

The On-Call Recruiter will own the end-to-end urgent hiring process, from maintaining a robust "Ready Pool" of pre-qualified candidates to coordinating with international hiring centers and local Saudi talent. This role requires exceptional phone screening skills, a proactive approach to candidate management, and the ability to deliver qualified personnel within tight deadlines—specifically, within 24-72 hours for internal Saudi candidates and 2-4 weeks for international placements via our partner network.

You will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with global hiring partners, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent, and upholding our service level agreements (SLAs) for rapid deployment.
