Job Title: Odoo Senior Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Senior Functional Consultant with at least 5 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP systems across multiple business domains. The role involves leading functional analysis, solution design, configuration, client training, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate possesses strong business process knowledge, in-depth experience with various Odoo modules, and the ability to bridge the gap between client needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle implementation of Odoo ERP for clients across various industries.
Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Design and configure Odoo modules to align with client requirements.
Provide functional support and training to end-users on Odoo applications.
Collaborate with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Test and validate system functionality; perform UAT and ensure successful go-live.
Document functional workflows, user manuals, and system guides.
Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Advise clients on Odoo best practices, updates, and process improvements.
Stay updated with new features and releases in the Odoo platform.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant with Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing.
Proven experience in end-to-end Odoo implementations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of business processes across various industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
Odoo Functional Certification is a strong advantage.
Experience with custom module integration or API interactions.
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
Multilingual abilities (if working with international clients) are a plus.
